Our On Ramp is currently two one on one sessions (60 minutes) that will ensure great technique prior to jumping into our small group classes. The on ramp sessions are very similar to our classes. Our Classes are warm up/Strength/Conditioning and these first two sessions are warm up/ Technique work/ Conditioning
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
